O’Neill and his crew have built Performance Tech into a powerful, efficient racing organization through talent, desire and extensive motorsports management experience. Performance Tech’s drivers, crew and sponsor partners also are aided by cutting-edge planning and execution in engineering, vehicle enhancement, program management, logistics and at-track support to help reach the finish line first, on and off the track.
